How do I turn off a notification?

Notifications are status messages received via text, push notifications or email, based on pre-set rules.

To turn off a notification or add a new one:

1. Log into the Smart Home customer portal from a web browser.Click here for the login screen.
2. Select “Notifications” on the left-hand navigation bar

3. Use the toggle next to any given notification to change it’s status:
