How do I re-set/change my security code for panel disarming?

The codes you establish to disarm at your security panel are set at the User level.  They can be viewed and changed in the Smart Home App or in the online portal.

In the App

From the menu in the top left-hand corner (three horizontal lines), select “Users”.  Select the User for whom you’d like to update a code.  Click on the red security code icon; the current four-digit code will be displayed.  Make any updates and click “Save” in the top right.  While you’re there, review user access and contact information to ensure it is correct.

Online

On the left-hand navigation bar, select “Users”.  Click on the edit pencil on the right-hand side of the User for whom you’d like to update a code.  Review user information, contact information and access control points to ensure accuracy.  Then enter a new access code in the text box at the bottom left of the page and select “Save”.
