How to Activate Your Universal Converter (HD-DTA)
Once your HD-DTA is hooked up to your TV, you will need to use our simple, fully automated, phone-based system to so that we can get your new equipment activated on your account.
- Call 1-866-928-3123
- Press 1
- Enter the phone number associated with your Wave account followed by the ‘#’ sign
- Enter your zip code
- Press 1 for Technical Support
- Press 1 to Reset Equipment
- Press 1 to Authorize Video Equipment
If your channels do not authorize within 15 minutes of following these steps, please call 1-866-928-3123 for further assistance.
Your HD-DTA comes with a remote control that can be set-up to turn on/off your TV and control your volume levels.
