If you are experiencing issues with your Video on Demand or Pay-Per-View order, please try the following steps:
- First, please unplug the power cord from the cable box.
- Once it is shut down, please check the COAX cable that leads from your cable outlet on your wall, to the back of your cable box - it is a thick round cable with metal ends. This is the cable that brings the signal to the cable box. This cable needs to be tight on the back of the box, and on the wall outlet or splitter.
- Power the cable box back on, navigate to a live channel and wait for about 3-5 minutes. The Video on Demand menu and capabilities take a few minutes to initialize after the equipment has been reset.
- Navigate back to Video on Demand or the Pay-Per-View feature you were trying to watch.
