I submitted a web order online and have not received a response. Is my order scheduled?

Wave's Web Order Tool is designed for customers who want the convenience of ordering online and have a general idea for a date and time for their install.  Responses are usually sent by email back to the user. One response will be generated automatically by the system indicating your request has been submitted. The second response will be sent by a Wave representative indicating if your order was successfully scheduled and the date and time booked for the install. Wave will make every effort to accommodate the requested date and time, but the requested date is not guaranteed due to daily changes in availability. If you have not seen a response, please check your junk or spam folders for any emails from Wave.
