Click Tools, then Accounts. Click on the Mail tab.
Click the Add button and select Mail.
Under Display Name, type whatever name you wish people to see when you send them email (it will appear in the “From” field next to the email address), and then select Next.
Type in your full email address (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) and click Next.
Select POP3 server when prompted, then on the Incoming Mail line type your incoming mail server name as listed above. On theOutgoing Mail line, type your outgoing mail server name as listed above. Click Next.
Your User Name is the first part of your email address, before the @ symbol.
Type the Password associated with your email account and clickNext.
