If you are renting a cable card from us for your television, computer, or personal video recorder, here are some steps you can try to help with symptoms like reception issues or missing channels:
- Please check the COAX cable that leads from your cable outlet on your wall, to the back of the device you plug your cableCARD into - it is a thick round cable with metal ends. This is the cable that brings the signal to the cable box. This cable needs to be tight on the back of the television, and on the wall outlet or splitter.
- If you continue having issues, please call our 24/7 technical support line for further assistance at 1-866-928-3123. When you call us, please have your Host and Data IDs ready. These can be found in the configuration menu of the equipment you use with our rental cable card.
