How long will it take for me to receive any refunds from closing the service?

If we are unable to move service to your new location, we will send out any refunds once all Wave rental equipment has been returned and removed from your account. Please hold on to your receipt to ensure proper credit for your equipment return.

Once the equipment has been updated, please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund. To ensure proper delivery of your refund, please make sure to update your forwarding address or have your mail forwarded by the US Postal Service.
