I'm moving outside Wave's service area, do I need to return my equipment?

Yes, you will need to return any and all Wave equipment before you leave the area.

There are a number of ways you can do this. Wave recommends for your convenience that you return equipment at any of our local offices/retail locations. If there are no locations near you, you may call 1-866-928-3123 and schedule an appointment to have your equipment picked up free of charge at your home. You may also return your equipment by mail to any of our local office/retail locations, though you will be responsible for any shipping costs involved.

If you are scheduled to receive a refund for your service, the refund will not be sent until all equipment, including remote controls and power cords are returned.  Please hold on to your receipt until your bill reflects the equipment has been removed from your account.
