  1. Call 1-866-928-3123
  2. If asked if you are current Wave customer, press 1
  3. When prompted, press 1 for Technical Support
  4. When prompted, press 1 for Equipment Reset
  5. When prompted, press 1 for Video Equipment Reset
  6. Your equipment will be reset automatically — this could take several minutes.


Once complete, check you video equipment to see if that resolved your issue. If not, please call 1-866-928-3123 again to speak with our Technical Support group. They will guide you through more advanced troubleshooting and help resolve your issue.
